Many VDL offspring were very successfully active at various international competitions last week.The CSI Valencia Tour started on 5 February. The next three-week competition takes place from 12 March on.
Again great results for Jur Vrieling and Davall (Zavall x Indorado). In the Derby at Indoor Brabant they finished in 9th place
Hero (Glasgow vt Merelsnest x Voltaire) and Jens Wikström won a class for 7 year olds, Fusion du Monden (Cardento x Indoctro), ridden by Elizabheth Rose Lutener won a 1.30m class.
Farrero (Boss x Indorado) and Rodrigo Pessoa were placed twice during CSI Wellington. They were placed as 3rd in the 1.50m Grand Prix and placed as 2nd in a 1.45m competition.
Ayrton IV (Cantos x Burggraaf) won a 1.45m competition last weekend, during CSI Gorla Minore in Italy, and he was also places as 7th in another 1.45m competition. Ayrton was ridden by Julie Andrews.
Offspring of Arezzo and Emilion won a competition during CSI Montpellier in France. An offspring of Cantos won a competition during CSI Vilamoura in Spain.
The NRPS has recently approved Cornerado VDL for the breeding service. Harley VDL was declared PREFERENT by the same studbook!
Eurvette O (Douglas x Manhatten) won last weekend during CSI3* Herning a 1.50m competition. Eurvette O is ridden by Andreas Schou.

Dobby (Zirocco Blue x Grosso Z) was placed as second in a 1.50m competition during CSI4* Dortmund (Germany). Dobby was ridden by Lars Kersten.
Today we got two new stallions approved by Studbook Zangersheide: Liamant W VDL (Diamant de Semilly x Heartbreaker) and Kayne VDL (Harley x Emilion)
Our horses were performing very well at the national show: Paard Balkbrug 2019.

Last weekend Cardento was declared horse of the year in Sweden for the eighth time. An extraordinary achievement for our - recently deceased - top stallion, which is fortunately still available through frozen semen.

Arrera C (Indoctro x Voltaire) won a 1.45m competition last weekend, during CSI5* Doha. She is ridden by Maikel van der Vleuten.
