Last week, offspring of VDL stallions once again achieved excellent results in Oliva.
BRONZE Tour Final – 1.40 m (CSI1*)
The victory went to Hanson DHI, a son of Baltic. Under the saddle of Isabella Tooth (GBR), the combination remained faultless in both phases and set a winning time of 39.49 seconds. A magnificent performance in this competitive final. E.J. Kramer is the breeder of Hanson DHI.
CSI3* GOLD 1 – 1.30 m
In the CSI3* class, it was Carrera VDL's daughter Lady O who took the win. With Louis Lambrecht (BEL) in the saddle, this combination also remained double clear and clocked a fast 28.55 seconds, good for first place. Lady O is bred by W. Oostendorp.
Young Horses – 5-year-olds (CSIYH1*)
In the young horses class, Zagarolo AWH Z (by Zirocco Blue VDL) with Anne Klein (NED) took the victory thanks to a clear round in 26.77 seconds. Zagarolo AWH Z is bred by Scholten.
The results once again underline the breeding qualities of Baltic VDL, Carrera VDL and Zirocco Blue VDL in (inter)national sport.
