AACHEN - Leone Jei (Baltic VDL x Corland) and Martin Fuchs (SUI) finished in eighth place in the 5* Grand Prix over 1.70m in Aachen (FRA).
Leone Jei is having a successful competition season; he won the silver medal at the European Jumping Championships and there were also top results in the Nations Cup, Leonie Jei won the gold medal with the Swiss team.
In July, the gelding finished in second place in the 5* Grand Prix over 1.60m in Chantilly (FRA). In June, the Baltic son finished third in the Grand Prix of La Baule (FRA). The high-quality gelding also performed well in the Grand Prix of Wellington (USA) this year.
In Aachen, Naomi van het Keizershof (Cardento x For Pleasure) under Lorenzo de Luca (ITA) was first in the 1.50m. Breeder of this mare is Leon Otten. In the 1.45m class, this combination was second, closely followed by Nithard van de Perdenhoeve (Zirocco Blue x Corland) and Petronella Andersson (ZWE). This horse was bred by WIilly Gesquire.

Another 1.45m class gave El Rocco SK (Zirocco Blue x Ircolando) and Bart Bles (NED) fourth place. El Rocco was bred by C. and H. Soethout - Koopman.
G-Vingino-Blue (Zirocco Blue x Orame) and Skye Morssinkhof were good for the victory in the 1.40m. G-Vingino-Blue was bred by Fam. Noordman.
