Happy Boy (Indoctro) and Tim Price win 51st Military Boekelo

ENSCHEDE - After a blood-curdlingly exciting competition, victory in the 51st edition of the CCI-4* Military Boekelo on Sunday went to Tim Price (NZ) with 10-year-old Happy Boy (Indoctro x Odermus R). The New Zealand team came 2nd in the Nations Cup.

Save just three seconds, Happy Boy and Price completed Saturday's cross country in the ideal time.
Happy Boy has been owned by Price for six years, who has since been busy training the bay gelding to the very highest level. Happy Boy, who excels in his all-round qualities, was bred by A. Rijpma from Lieveren.

The Nations Cup was won by the British team. Rosalind Canter made a big contribution to the team result and came sixth herself in the final standings, thanks to an excellently ridden showjumping course with the nine-year-old Izilot DHI (Zavall VDL x Marlon, breeder B.S. Wichers from Dedemsvaart).
