EXLOO - Goldenstar (Bacardi VDL x Ipsylon B) and James Billington (GBR) won the 1.45m during the CSI2* competition in Exloo. Two clear rounds and a very fast time resulted in the victory for the successful combination. Goldenstar and Billington were also successful in Herzlake, Lastrup and Bonheiden earlier this year.
A great second place in the 1.45m was there for Hallilea (Zirocco Blue x Larome) and Lars Kersten (NED).
The Grand Prix over 1.45m gave Global (Cardento x Tygo) and Sander Geerink (NED) third place.
Jolita (Arezzo x Quasimodo) and Annelies Vorsselmans (BEL) finished fourth in the Grand Prix over 1.35m. Jolene CJS (Zirocco Blue x Indoctro), ridden by Nicole Botma (NED), finished fifth.
The 1.40m, also the VDL Stud prize, was won by Mademoiselle-A (Corland x Cardento), ridden by Jodie Hall McAteer (GBR). This combination finished second in the 1.45m.
Another 1.40m class gave Fabulous (Harley x Colandro) and his rider Doron Kuipers (NED) third place.
I am (Etoulon x Vingino) and Dennis van den Brink (NED) all left the competition behind in the 1.35m. I Creatives Ivysinaa (Indorado x Indoctro), ridden by Megan Laseur (NED), came in second and repeated this achievement in another 1.35m class. Isla Ibiza (Douglas x Numero Uno), ridden by Bas van der Aa (NED), also remained clear and set the third fastest time.
In the 1.35m class, the victory went to I am Elrite (Harley x Chin Chin) and Lisa Broekert (NED). Third was his half-brother Just Chesnut (Harley x Goodtimes) and Rink-Jan Dijkstra (NED).
