Ordonnay (v. Jardonnay VDL) foal champion

Vrouwenpolder - Ordonnay, a descendant of Jardonnay VDL, became foal champion at the Central Inspection in Zeeland. The stallion foal was bred by Sam Moens from Aagterkerke.

The jury, which consisted of Petro Trommelen and Arnold Kootstra, came to the following conclusion: “This foal is more than sufficiently developed and has more than sufficient length, it also has a lot of charisma, a beautiful front and a good top line. In step the foal shows a good space and lots of body use, the trot is light-footed with more than sufficient scope. In addition, it has a lot of scope in the canter, it is very light-footed and it shows a lot of flexibility. ”

Reserve champion was the filly Odisolde van het Noordhof (by Zirocco Blue) from breeder K. Minderhoud from Koudekerke. The jury came to the following judgment: “This is a well-developed foal with a lot of breed appearance. She is more than adequate in the rectangular model and has a good top line. In step, this foal showed more than sufficient scope, but the hindleg should come under a little more. The trot is light-footed, loose, with more than sufficient scope. She held on to something at the canter today, but shows the foal that she has strength and a good scope. ”
