Oranje Royale is a son of the Grand Prix showjumping stallion Urano de Cartigny, who today shows his incredible talent under the French rider Felicie Bertrand. Urano is a son of top sire Diamant de Semilly, bred out of the full sister of the well-known Flipper d’Elle. The oldest offspring of Urano are now fve years old and his frst sons have already been approved by various studbooks. Oranje Royale’s dam Tatjana jumped at the highest level with Karim Fares – also thebreeder of Oranje Royale. This Niagara daughter competed at great venues such as Spruce Meadows, Eindhoven, Outdoor Gelderland, Geesteren and Lummen and fnished 5th in the Grand Prix at CH De Wolden in 2012. Oranje Royale’s granddam Jasmira also produced the famous Arakorn, who is extremely successful with Johan-Sebastian Gulliksen. International showjumpers such as Chopin (Sven Heitkemper), Achime (Leslie Burr-Howard) and Angela de la Cruz (Grzegorz Kubiak) were also bred out of this direct family.
