IJSSELMUIDEN - Liberty VDL (Quickly de Kreisker x Arezzo VDL) and Sander Naber have won the GMB Competition for five-year-olds in IJsselmuiden. Liberty VDL was bred by the VDL Stud.
Eighth was Let's Dence (Freeman VDL x Sheraton) with rider Naomi Falkena. Stal Falkena-Olff bred this horse. Ninth place was for Leenderd (Grand Slam VDL x Namelus R), ridden by Rianne Visscher. Leenderd is a breeding product of H. Meursing. Tenth was VDL Legodermus PP (Harley VDL x Clinton), with Luke Hill in the saddle. Legodermus PP was bred by H. Poppelaars.
Kimberly (Arezzo VDL x Orame) and Mel van der Kamp came in second in the six and seven year olds. Kalie S (Carrera VDL x Hinault) and Maud Wiefferink, bred by L. van den Hof, were sixth in this competition. Kupido (Durango VDL x Sydney), bred by K. Dekker and ridden by Iris Elshof, finished ninth.
Tenth were Kenner VDL (Cardento x Mr Blue), ridden by Luke Hill and bred by the VDL Stud.
Massey Ferguson Mg (Cohinoor x Numero Uno) also finished second in the four-year-olds class under Jasmin Seppälä. Breeder of Massey Ferguson Mg is M. Groener.
Out of more than a hundred combinations, fourth place went to Bokito van de Woestenheide (Brantzau VDL x Dexter R) and Britt Schaper. Danny Schaper bred the chesnut.
