Last Sunday, the 2* Grand Prix took place in Monterrey, Mexico. The Corporal son Zuperman MT finished second twice with Mark Bluman. Zuperman MT (by Corporal) is bred in Sweden by Maria Talonpoika. Sixth place in the 2* Grand Prix went to Ocean Quality (by Baltic) and Emilie Conter. The Baltic daughter also managed to finish third in the 1.40m earlier in the week and is bred by Quality Stud. The 11th place in the Grand Prix went to Kan Niet Mooier GR (by Dallas). Jordan Coyle managed to stay clear in the basic course with the Dallas son who is bred by Th. Griffioen.
Igor GPH (by Harley) finished second in the 5* 1.45m on Sunday with Kara Chad. The duo managed to stay double clear and had just 0.1 seconds difference on the number 1. The Harley son is bred by GPH stud from Woubrugge.
On Sunday, victory went to Lexus van de Broekkant (by Harley) in the final of the seven-year-old young horses class. Charlotte van Breemen managed a clear round with Harley son and set the fastest time. Stal de Broekkant from Belgium is the breeder of Lexus van de Broekkant (by Harley). Fourth place also went to an offspring of Harley, namely Kashmir BJX. Together with Jorge Canedo Vincent, they stayed clear in the basic course and is bred by Paardenhouderij Janssen.
Icarus VDL (by Carrera) finished second in the 1.40m on Saturday. The VDL Stud-bred Carrera was ridden by Hector Caro. The duo has not been a combination for long but have already managed to place several times at international level.
