The first Grand Prix class of the 2009 HITS Saugerties took place on Friday afternoon with the $25.000 HITS Grand Prix.
There were some good results for the VDL horses.
VDL Oranta (Indorado x Nimmerdor) became 3rd, with her rider Chris Kappler. 5th became VDL Bubalu (Baloubet du Rouet x Nimmerdor), ridden by Ricardo Vila.
