VDL Sydney wins in Meppel

VDL Sydney (Goodtimes x Alasca) has won a class for 6- and 7-years old jumphorses at the International Horse Show of Meppel. With his rider Marcel de Boer the 6-years old stallion was clear and the fastest horse in the jump-off. VDL Sydney was also already one time 6th in a young horses class. 

The Grand Prix of Meppel is won by the Indorado-son One Way, ridden by Michiel Brusse. On the 4th place was VDL Rocksina (Corland x Emilion), ridden by Angelique Hoorn and on the 5th place was Patrick (Indoctro x Notaris), ridden by Teus van den Brink.

In the final of the 1.35 m class was a 2nd place for Narcotique (by Jus de Pomme), ridden by Jessica Dozeman. There was a 3rd place for Summit (Indoctro x Burggraaf), who was ridden by Sandra van den Outenaar.

Other good results by offspring of VDL stallions:

  • Sirius (by Laroche), ridden by Teus van de Brink was 2nd in a 1.35 m class;
  • Kluivert (by Goodtimes), ridden by Arjenne van de Berg, was 5th in this class;
  • One Way (by Indorado), ridden by Michiel Brusse, was 3rd in a 1.35 m class;
  • Richelle (by Indoctro), ridden by Siebe Kramer was 2nd in a 1.35 m class
  • Narcotique (by Jus de Pomme), ridden by Jessica Dozeman, was 3rd in a 1.35 m class.
