A highly successful competition in Wierden with multiple podium places in various classes for the VDL stallions Sambucci de Muze, Night Life & New Pleasure.
In the 1.40m class, Luke Hill secured a double VDL top ranking. The victory went to Sambucci De Muze (by Scendro x Vigo d'Arsouilles). After a clear basic round, he followed with a convincing jump-off in 32.53 seconds, again without penalty points. The stallion is bred by J. de Brabander (Sint-Niklaas) and is co-owned by VDL Stud.
Second place also remained in VDL hands thanks to Night Life (by Erco van 't Roosakker x Arezzo). Luke Hill also rode this horse twice clear and recorded a jump-off time of 33.16 seconds. Night Life was bred by VDL Stud.
There was also success in the 1.35 m class, where New Pleasure VDL, ridden by Wesley ter Harmsel, took a fine third place. With a clear round, the horse once again demonstrated his consistent form and versatility at this level.
