In the Grand Prix of the Peelbergen, the young Kannan managed to take the title. Together with David Will, they were unbeatable in a time of 40.14 seconds. Kansall (by Kannan) is bred by Anja van Hoorn from Germany. The duo also managed a nice second place in the 1.45m on Friday.
Second place in the Grand Prix went to Zuccero HV (by Zirocco Blue) with Rolf- Göran Bengtsson. They managed to secure second place with only 0.1 seconds difference. The Zirocco Blue son Zuccero HV is bred by Hanno Koehncke.
Fifth place went to Steely Dan (by Hardrock) and Henrik von Eckermann. The only 8-year-old Hardrock son is bred by Gerd & Gert Wauters & van Hoydonck and also managed to stay clear in the jump-off.
With Jasper (by Falaise de Muze) and Loewie Joppen in sixth place, it completed the top six. The Falaise de Muze son is bred by J.A.J. Hoppenbrouwers and also stayed clear in the jump-off. Four VDL offspring in the top six of the Grand Prix of Peelbergen, the VDL offspring proved to be in good form.
Finally, victory in the 1* 1.35m went to Lynette NH (by Arezzo). With almost 5 seconds difference, the Arezzo daughter bred by A.L.J. Hendriks proved supreme. Lynette NH (by Arezzo) is ridden by Nicole Caris, the duo previously managed to take second place on Thursday and third place in the 1.30m on Friday.
