WELLINGTON - Ina (Durango VDL x Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) finished second in the 1.35m and third in the 1.40m under Shane Sweetnam (IRL) at the New Year's show in Wellington (USA).
Pinot Gris (Cardento x Baloubet du Rouet) and Steven Bluman (ISR) came third in the 1.35m. Pinot Gris was bred by Stal Mertens Bvba (BEL).
There was a nice cash prize for Latino v.d. Looise Heide (Cantos x Quadrillo), ridden by Sarah Hubbard (USA). They won a 1.40m class. Latino v.d. Looise Heide comes from the breeding farm of Eykens - Stessens BVBA (BEL).
Kabuki (Harley x Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve) won the 1.35m under Alberto Michan (ISR). Kabuki was bred by Vreijsen Eline (BEL).
Ccstud's Karlysolde (Harley VDL x Indoctro) and Sandra Dalman (USA) finished fifth in this competition. D. Carlberg & Son Intressenter AB / CC Stud (SWE) bred Karlysolde.
In the 1.30, Kabuki and Michan came third. Kelstone (Grand Slam x Cantos) and Stehen More (IRL) claimed fourth place in this Open Jumper class. S.J. de Groot bred the seven-year-old Kelstone.
Davall (Zavall VDL x Indorado, breeder: H.A. Brinkman from Nieuwleusen (NED)) and Wim Janssen (NED) finished second in the 1.45m class.
