WILLIAMSBURG (USA) / VANCOUVER – VDL-offspring were successful on North American soil in early August 2025. In Vancouver/Langley (CAN), Alexa Pessoa (USA) rode Leyira (by Glenfiddich) to fifth place in the CSI3* Grand Prix 1m50. The Glenfiddich daughter is bred by D. Verduin-de Mol. Igor GPH (by Harley), bred by GPH Stud, with Kara Chad (CAN) and Havana (by Cardento) with Kassidy Keith (CAN) also achieved top-10 placings. Igor GPH became ninth and the Cardento daughter Havanna, bred by Woodlawn Farms, became tenth.
In Williamsburg, Daniel Bluman (ISR) won the CSI2* 1m50 Table A on 7 August with another Harley offspring, Hummer Z. The Zangersheide stallion, bred by P.H.A.E. Bocken (NED), remained clear twice and set a time of 39.94 seconds in the jump-off.
