Fakir VDL (Indorado x Zadok) and his rider Ales Opatrny (CZE) competed in the Grand Prix of CSI2* Wiener Neustadt and were placed as third in this 1.45m competition.

Bo, also an Indorado-offspring, won the Final of the Premium Tour. Bo (Indorado x Quick star) was ridden by Gerfried Puck and is owned by Hengstenhouderij Jespers from the Netherlands. There was also a ninth place for Dariete Z (Douglas x Grannus), which earlier that week was placed fourth in a 1.35m competition. Dariete Z was ridden by Oliver Lemmer.

Dendence VDL (Cardento x Corland), bred by the VDL Stud, was placed as tenth in the final of the Medium Tour. Dendence VDL was ridden by Ivaylo Bonev form Bulgary.

Chester (Indoctro x Acorado) and rider Markus Saurugg was placed as fourth in the Small tour Final. Chester was also placed as sixth in a 1.25m competition. In this completion Ballinteskin on Time (Douglas x Coulourfield) was placed as fifth. She was ridden by Stephanie Küng.

There were also successen for the younger generation of VDL offspring:

• 7th in 5-year old finals: Galax VDL (Carrera VDL x Pharaon) ridden by Michal Zak
• 8th in 6-year old finals: For Fun (Zirocco Blue x Indorado) ridden by Gerfried Puck
• 8th in 7 year old finals: Eclips (Arezzo x Indorado) also ridden by Gerfried Puck
