VDL Carrera and Jur Vrieling made last Friday a successful debut in the Nations Cup. They won their first Nations Cup in Drammen with the Dutch Team. Their team-mates were:
Antares (Arkansas x Indoctro), ridden by Piet Raijmakers jr.
Arlando (Harley x Animo), ridden by Roelof Bril
Willink (Twister x Landsieger), ridden by Henk van de Pol
and not to forget the teamcoach Piet Raijmakers Sr.!

Carrera also jumped a double clear round in a 1.40m class in where he placed 10th. And there were also clear rounds for the VDL stallions Glasgow van het Merelsnest and Zavall VDL in Drammen. Zavall VDL jumped clear in a 1.50m class and placed 8th. Glasgow van het Merelsnest jumped a clear 1.30m class and jumped another clear round with one time fault.
Wilton John VDL (Mill Reef x Nimmerdor) finished with his rider Michael G Duffy 2nd in the Derby of Drammen.

There were the following victories by offspring of VDL stallions:
Zirano (Indoctro x Calvados), ridden by Marit Skollerud won the 1.40m final of the Gold Tour. V Nancy B (Emilion x Denver) and her rider Fredrik Seim won 2 classes in Drammen, a 1.30m class and the 1.30m final of the Silver Tour. Dynamique DML (Cardento x Emilion) and his rider Martin Dinesen Neergaard won a 1.20m class and were also placed 3rd, 4th and 5th in several 1.30m classes.

7th Grand Prix Drammen + 3rd 1.45m: Caribo (Cardento x Athlet Z), ridden by Thomas Ryan
5th 1.35m: Quarto Mail (Cardento x Alligator Fontaine), ridden by Luigi Poiesello
5 th 1.40m + 5th 1.45m: Machu Picchu (Silverstone x Matterhorn), ridden by Paul O’Shea
2nd + 6th 1.35m Bonieta V (Chin Chin x Voltaire), ridden by Benedikte Eindresen
7th 1.30m: Carrera (Cardento x Lane Court xx), ridden by Mathilda Persson
8th 1.40m: Tinsday VDL (Ahorn x Cantus), ridden by Mille Marie Bjerke
8th Young Horses: Florus (Arezzo x Iroko), ridden by Benedikte Ostevik
10th Grote Prijs Drammen: Arlando (Harley x Animo), ridden by Roelof Bril
