VDL stallions had a good start yesterday evening in the first round of the  KWPN/KNHS GMB stallion competition at  Deurne.

The class for the 4 year old stallions was won by our stallion Durango VDL (Zirocco Blue x Lux), ridden by James Billington.  With two clear rounds he received an 8 and 8,5 for his jump technique and for rideability he received 2 times an 8.  Also  Inshallah de Muze (Nabab de Reve x For Pleasure) and  Dakar VDL (Cardento x Nimmerdor) competed well in this first competition round. Inshallah de Muze, ridden by Maxime de Clerq had 2 clear rounds and got an 8 and 8,5 for his jump technique. Dakar VDL (Cardento x Nimmerdor), ridden by James Billington,  was clear in the 2nd round and jumped very well.

In the 1.30m/1.35m class Bugatti VDL (Silverstone x Indoctro) and his rider John Popeley were clear in the jump-off and placed 3rd. There were also clear rounds for  Baltic VDL (Quaprice x Jus de Pomme) and Carrera VDL (Cardento x Baloubet du Rouet), both ridden by James Billington.
