The son of Zirocco Blue: Gerko became yesterday Champion of the Provincial Foalshow of Groningen. Gerko is  a son of Zirocco Blue out of the Chin Chin mare Belisa and she is bred by mr. Koops from Onnen.  Vice-Champion was Gisolde, a filly by Indoctro  bred by mr. Abbring from Onnen. Placed 4th was Glaucus V.G. (f. Arezzo) bred by G. Vos from Zevenhuizen, placed 5th was Gatersina (f. Bugatti), bred by mr. Abbring from Onnen  and placed 7th was Gimbya L (f. Cardento), bred by H. Ludolphie from Sappemeer.

Vice Champion of the 3 years old jumpingbred mares became Denolia (Indoctro x Zuidhorn), bred by  J. Dikkema from Scharmer. Placed 3rd was the mare  Dazanula N, a daughter of Baloubet du Rouet x Silverstone owned by W. van Nispen together with the VDL Stud.
