At several international horse shows in Europe offspring of VDL stallions were high placed in the Grand Prix:

Vancouver VDL (Pacific x Wellington) placed 6th with his rider Simon Delestre in the Grand Prix of Lons le Saunier in France. Vancouver was sold by the VDL Stud to his current owner Clover Leafs farm.  Belitys de la Demi Lune (by Indorado) placed 7th with his rider Gaetan Decroix.

At the Horseshow of Drammen Stallone (by Ahorn) placed 4th in the Grand Prix with his rider Fransesca Capponi. They also placed 5th in a 1.50m class.

In the Grand Prix of Balve in Germany 2 offspring of VDL Stallions were placed in the top 10: Mackinley (by Goodwill) and his rider Mario Stevens placed 7th and Casadora (by  Indoctro), ridden by lauren Hough, placed 10th.
