Every year the NRPS studbook is selecting out of all the approved stallions the Best Stallion of the year. This year VDL Harley (Heartbraker x Carthago) was the best stallion and became the title 'Champion of the NRPS'. He received this title for his own performances: he became 7th in at the Dutch Championship for 4-years old horses and has performed very well in the stallioncompetition. Also his first foals look very good and 2 of his daughters became champion foals of the NRPS studbook.

Harley is now also in the race for being approved by the KWPN Studbook, he is now selected for the 3rd round.
