The Zirocco Blue foal Fancilcara VDL became Champion at the Young Foal Show of Tolbert. Fancilcara was bred and owned by the VDL Stud. Placed 3rd was the Campbell-foal Fidelio O.A., this foal is bred and owned by mr. O. Anema from Wijckel.

Placed 6th was a foal of the Legendary Nimmerdor. The VDL Stud bred the Chin Chin-mare Dahlia van de Hermitage with some of Nimmerdor's last straws of frozen semen. The combination brought the beautiful filly Fresia van Dahlia, with her strong canter she took 6th place in the final of this foal show. 

Placed 7th was a filly by Emilion: Fina Sina, bred and owned by fam. van der Meer from Surhuisterveen.
