This weekend VDL Stud got the two stallions Montreal VDL and Bordeaux VDL approved by the  Studbook Zangersheide. Both stallions are born and raised at the VDL Stud.

The 10-years old  Montreal VDL (Indoctro x Nimmerdor) was already approved by the Swedish Studbook and by AES. He is now jumping at the highest level with Jur Vrieling,  he was 2nd in Lanaken, 5th in the  1.50m class at Lummen,  4th in the 1.50 m class in Valkenswaard and he won the 1.50 m class in Leeuwarden. Mother is the Dutch vice-champion and 'keur preferent' Zancara. Grandmother is the 'keur preferent prestatie' mare Shoraya. This line has brought a lot of good horses like Edminton and S.P. Deka.

Bordeaux VDL (Baloubet du Rouet x Silvio II) is the son of the legendary Baloubet du Rouet, who won two times the Worldcup final and many other Grand Prix, World Cup qualifications and championships. The grandmother of Bordeaux VDL is the sister of the 'preferent' stallion Ahorn.
