At the KWPN Stallionshow in Den Bosch young VDL Stallions were competing at the final of the KWPN Stallion Competition. They did that with great results.

In the M-Class VDL Radisson (Indorado x Nimmerdor) got the 4th place in the competition.

In the L-Class the difference between the leader of the competition, Sir Corland (Corland x Derrick) and VDL Silverstone (Champion du Lys x Carthago) was only have a point. VDL Sydney (Goodtimes x Alasca) and VDL Sheraton (Indoctro x Calypso) were following at 5.5 points.

This small difference made the final very exciting. It was even more when the four stallions made it to the jump-off. VDL Sheraton unfortunately had 2 down in his jump-off. VDL Sydney was clear and made a very fast time of 32,14 seconds. Sir Corland made even a faster time of 31.89 seconds. The last starter in the jump-off was VDL Silverstone, he had a very fast time of 32.00 seconds but had one down.

With this results, the Corland-son Sir Corland was the winner of the KWPN Stallion Competition of the L-class. VDL Silverstone was 2nd, VDL Sydney was 3rd, and VDL Sheraton received the 6th place.
