They are sire to top horses like: Sapphire, Parco, Valentina van het Heike and the World Champion Vigo d’Arsouilles.
Glasgow van ’t Merelsnest has a superlative dam line. Mother Wendelina competed herself at international Grand Prix level with Marc van Dijk, and she is the full sister of the phenomenal Sapphire who won Olympic Gold twice with the American team and many Grand Prix wins at Calgary and Wellington.
Grand dam Chiquita foaled international jumpers Lapino, Quarco van ‘t Merelsnest and Vincenzo van ’t Merelsnest.
Glasgow van’t Merelsnest is a well developed stallion with height and length. He jumps with scope and care, qualities which will serve him well on his route to the Grand Prix level.
His first foals are born in 2010 and 2011, they are well developed foals with a good canter.
