Bred from the strong and proven Holstein mare line 776, Lordanos is also notable for the famous individuals within his sire line: Ladykiller xx, Alme’, Cor de la Bryere and Ramzes via Ramiro.
Lordanos, approved in seven studbooks, has shown himself to be a top sire in Germany where he is high in the German indexes for sport as well as his multiple Champion daughters. Lordanos has a high number of approved sons, notably Lissabon and Lord Quidam.
At international competitions the offspring of Lordanos are very successful. Names featured at the top of many result lists are: Let’s Fly with Rodrigo Pessoa, Lou with M. Michaels-Beerbaum, Lord Lohengrin with K. Brocks, Lumos with A. Brunz, Leasing with M. Kutscher and of course the winner of the Derby in Hamburg 2010: Lex Lugar with C. Otto Nagel.
Lordanos, himself, competed only recently at S-level with three different riders from the Sosath family.
