Atlantic is an impressive stallion with a sire line that consists of top horses related to jumper breeding. Atlantic’s dam is a full sister of the breeding stallion and International jumper Lord Z. She is also the dam of Atlantic’s full brother, In Style, who was winner of the Team Silver Medal for the Canadian team and was individually 23rd at the Olympic Games 2008.
Atlantic’s performances were very good. At the age of 6, Atlantic won several important titles: Friesland Champion at Z level jumping, Dutch Champion Z level jumping and Champion of the Bundeschampionat for 6 year old jumping horses. At the age of 7, he became Reserve Champion at ZZ level jumping at the Dutch Championships.
In his international career Atlantic won the Grand Prix of Frankfurt and was placed in the following Grand Prix: 2nd in Villach and Gera, 5th in Bordeaux, 6th in Drammen, Eindhoven and Alençon. He also placed 2nd in Sires of the World in Lanaken and 7th in World Cup in Vigo. Atlantic has two approved sons in the KWPN - Val d’Isere and Vegas. Vegas was Champion at the Stallion Competition 1.30m. Daughter Uleika was very strong at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky with two clear rounds, and Viper was Champion of the 7/8 year old jumpers on the American East Coast League. Atlantica placed in several international shows winning Linz, 5th in Vienna and 7th in Chernyakhovsk.
