The beautiful  keur and sport mare Erelena VDL was an eyecatcher from the day she was born. As a foal she was invited for the National Foal Championship and placed 3rd in the finals. As a 3 year old she got fantastic  scores at her KWPN Mareinspection. She received 85 points for type and 80 points for freejumping. Erelena VDL competed at 1.35m level.
Her mother Relena VDL is a daughter of Corland with the predicates ‘Ster, preferent’. Besides Erelena VDL she also brought the 1.45m Zelena VDL and the 1.40m jumper Diorado VDL.
Grandmother is the world famous and European Champion mare Helena (keur, preferent, prestatie). She is the dam of the International Grand Prix jumpers Anderson VDL, Onatello VDL, Pan Am VDL and Southwind VDL but also of the Dutch National Freejumping Champion Welena VDL. Welena VDL is the dam of Celena VDL, Grand Prix and Nation Cup winner.
