A successful day for the VDL Stud yesterday at the foalshow in Harich yesterday.
In the Championship of the filly’s the nrs 1,2 and 3 were bred by VDL Stud and even more special was that all three were coming from the same motherline, they are all related to the European Champion mare Helena (by Ahorn). Champion was Magdalena VDL (Insider x  Fulena VDL  v. Baltic)
2^nd was Melena VDL (Impressive x Femelena VDL  v. Guidam)
3^e  was Ma Helena VDL (Brantzau x Be Helena VDL v. Chin Chin)

In the championship of the colts the Championsribbon was taken by Music Maker (Cohinoor x Cantos), bred by  Sjouke de Groot  and reservechampion was  Marley SMH (Harley x Quidam de Revel) of M. Hovenga. In 3rd place finished the elegant foal Montserrat CJE (Hampshire x Landlord), bred by Eddie Eefting.
